Our 100% export-oriented manufacturing facility in India operates across the complete production cycle — from fabric sourcing and cutting to stitching, finishing, and quality control.

We specialise in premium classic blends including Poly Viscose, Poly Wool, Poly Cotton, 100% Cotton, Organic Cotton, Technical Fabrics and Performance Fabrics. Our fabric mills are GOTS certified for organic cotton, organic blends, and recycled cotton garments.

How We Manufacture Your Order

Fabric Sourcing & Selection

Premium fabrics sourced from our network of certified mills, including GOTS-certified organic cotton and technical performance blends, tested before production.

Pattern & CAD/CAM Design

Our in-house design studio uses advanced CAD/CAM systems to create precise patterns and grading across all sizes, minimising waste and ensuring fit consistency.

Cutting & Stitching

Computerised cutting for accuracy at scale, followed by skilled stitching teams working to documented quality specifications for every garment style.

Finishing, Printing & Embroidery

In-house digital printing, sublimation, and embroidery services applied to specification, followed by pressing and finishing to a retail-ready standard.

Quality Inspection & Dispatch

Every batch inspected in our internationally accredited on-site testing facility before packing and dispatch to your nominated warehouse.
